About Us
The mission of the Kelly Community Organization is to preserve the character of our neighborhood by creating a safe and prepared community through participation, preparation and education; to create a social environment that encourages neighbors to interact, be friendly, courteous, and helpful citizens.
We host the annual Kelly ''Little Green Men'' Days festival the third week in August
