Position DescriptionThe primary purpose of the IT Support Specialist I is to provide high quality information technology services at Hopkinsville Community College campuses. Major Responsibilities/DutiesProvide desktop, phone and software support to faculty, staff, and guests. Maintain and repair computer hardware, peripheral, multimedia, and software. Assist with equipment installations, inventory, and documentation.Provide timely support to end users contacting the IT Help Desk. Typical support issues
