Are you a people person with a passion for Kentucky bourbon? Casey Jones Distillery is looking for energetic Customer Service Reps/Tour Guides to join our guest services team.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage with guests, making them feel at home
• Lead distillery tours, sharing our history and craft process
• Serve tastings and promote our award-winning spirits
• Operate POS systems and manage retail sales
• Keep the distillery’s public spaces clean and organized
• Occasionally assist with bottling spirits
• Other jobs as assigned and needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
• Weekend availability and flexible scheduling
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
