Tuesday Training - Customer Service

“Customer Service,” will be presented by Annette Kalinowski with the Better Business Bureau. A good salesman can sell anything once, but the long term key to keeping a business thriving is the quality of customer service. Kalinowski will help any business owner, big or small, focus on the “continuing sell.”
