Tuesday Training 2012- Understanding Generations in the Workplace

For the first time in history we have four distinct generations in one workplace. Seniors are staying longer and Gen Y is coming in earlier than ever. Add in the Baby Boomers and Gen X and you get a unique combination of workers who don’t always see eye to eye. Come dispel (or validate!) common stereotypes, learn about the differences and similarities between generations, and gather tips for working with people of all ages.
