Kentucky APEX Accelerator West Kentucky Government Procurement Consultant Frank Bennett will talk about how government contracting works, the advantages small businesses have when competing for government opportunities, and why most small businesses should include pursuing government contracting opportunities as part of their strategy. As part of this presentation, Frank will take a few companies from the audience and conduct a live analysis of the government opportunities available to the businesses.
