'Give Em' The Pickle' Customer Service Training
Get ready to learn about customer service like you've never heard it discussed before!
In the Give Em' The Pickle? training workshop you'll be reacquainted with Bob Farrell, who learned the importance of giving away pickles to keep his customers happy and coming back.
During this training workshop you will:
- Learn the importance of giving away pickles – small but meaningful things or actions that show customers they're valued.
- Travel the country to hear from employees just like you about how they're giving away customer service pickles.
- Identify pickles of our own to give away.
- Have fun!
