EI2 Is a competition for area entrepreneurs looking to start a business in Christian County. Participants will compete for cash and a variety of valuable startup services valued at over $5,000.

Competition highlights include:
- Opportunity to learn what is required to successfully launch a new business venture
- A chance to receive mentoring and feedback from business development professionals and experienced entrepreneurs
- Opportunity to be presented as a finalist at the 2012 Christian County Chamber Annual Dinner
- Prize winnings valued at more than $9,000
The official competition launch will be held at the March 7 entrepreneur conference and will conclude with the announcement of the winner at the annual chamber dinner on June 7.

ROUND 1:
March 7 Competition launch at West Kentucky Entrepreneurs, Inventors, and Innovators conference
March 26 Registration Deadline (Register online or download entry form at entrepreneur.christiancountychamber.com)
ROUND 2:
April 4 Orientation Session with Small Business Development at Hopkinsville Community College Technology Center Room 210 6pm-8pm
April 30 Business Plan Submission Deadline
ROUND 3:
May 2 Business Pitch Workshop Hopkinsville Communty College Technology Center Room 210 6pm-8pm with Murray State University Regional Business and Innovation Center
May 15 Business Pitch Round at Academic Building (blue building) Room 158. (Time TBD)
June 7 Winner announced at the Christian County Chamber Annual Dinner
